What country are generics available from?

Many generics are manufactured outside the United States and Canada, for example in India and the European Union.

Are these medicines safe?

Yes, especially generics are safe because they are manufactured in accordance with strict European and international regulations and the highest safety and quality standards.

How do I buy a prescription drug?

You can purchase prescription drugs online by emailing a scanned copy of your prescription (admin@buyfirstmeds.com).

What is the minimum shelf life of a drug I can get?

The minimum shelf life of the delivered medicines is 6 months or more, which is in line with our standards and work rules.

If you need a drug with a better or longer shelf life, you can contact Customer Service to clarify this requirement.

How long do I need to wait for my order to arrive?

It takes 10 to 14 days to get the medicine. Please note that delivery may take up to 30 days for technical reasons.

One of the reasons is that the delivery must go through customs. This can be expanded especially due to the large number of packages, custom protocols or changed flight schedules.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order from our tracking button on home page if you have a tracking number provided by us. It is possible to track an order without a tracking number, but it depends on the company.

You will be received tracking number on your registered mail address after your order payment confirmation.

Can I cancel after ordering?

Yes, you can only cancel an order if it has not been shipped. In this case, we will refund your money and only deduct the cancellation fee.

 I completed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. What for?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, there are several possible reasons:

What if I enter a wrong email address?

Why can’t I find a product I have seen or bought from an online pharmacy?
